In the 2,000 square meter quality control laboratories, physical, chemical and microbiological analyses of all starting materials, finished products and stability samples, and controls of production areas are carried out by the relevant units in accordance with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) rules with state-of-the-art analytical equipment.
With the first and only SDMS-VP system (Scientific Data Management System) used in the laboratory, it is possible to access all laboratory records electronically, allowing retrospective research, which is the most important requirement of cGMP.
The production facilities have an effective quality assurance system to ensure the production and control of products from starting materials and ingredients to the final finished product by applying cGMP rules in order to ensure the production of products that are efficient, safe and in accordance with the required quality standards.
